Los Angeles Rams have become Super Bowl champions after they defeated Cincinnati Bengals with a scorecard of 23-20 to win their very first Superbowl title since the 1999 season.
Cooper Kupp took a catch to do a 1-yard touchdown from his teammate Matthew Stafford with only 1 minute and 5 seconds of the game remaining, as Aaron Donald forced an incomplete pass by Joe Burrow to make the Los Angeles Rams win the title. It is worth noting that Los Angeles Rams was the favorite to win the title as the match was held at SoFi Stadium which is their home turf.
In the history of the Super Bowl, this was only a second chance that one team played the game on its home field. The last time it happened, the Superbowl was won by Tampa Bay
Out of seven sacks for the Rams, two were by Donald. Stafford ended with three touchdowns and 283 passing yards. Out of three touchdowns, two were done by Kupp who caught a total of 8 passes and was named as the game’s Most Valuable Player.
Two touchdown catches were done by the Bengals as they hunted for their very 1st first Super Bowl title. Burrow finished the game with 263 passing yards and a single touchdown.
