The world came to know about Chiku and Nushki’s love first by a tweet of Virat Kohli when Anushka’s movie NH10 got released. But their story started in 2013 when the couple met during the shooting of an ad commercial. Both became best friends after that and were soon spotted at various locations around the country. But as is with the strike rate of Virat Kohli batting and Anushka Sharma’s movies, without wasting much time two started dating each other. Paparazzi started following this couple and they became one of most followed after couples in the history of India.
When the Indian team came back from South Africa tour in January 2014, Virat Kohli went to Anushka’s apartment straight from aitrprt and what further amazed everyone is Anushka came in to her car with driver to receive Virat.
While both of them declined their relationship, the evidence spoke otherwise. To spend time with Virat, Anushka went to New Zealand in February 2014 who was touring the country with the Indian cricket team and both could be seen roaming around on streets.
And in the same year, Virat surprise visited Anushka in Sri Lanka where she was busy shooting for Bombay Velvet. The couple also celebrated Anushka’s 26th birthday in Udaipur where Anushka Sharma was shooting for her movie with Aamir Khan – PK.

In July 2015, Virat and Anushka made a red carpet visit which was their first together. The event was Vogue Beauty Awards in Mumbai. Anushka looked gorgeous in a light yellow gown while Virat wore a black business suit. Everyone had their eye on this charming couple and they were mesmerizing their surroundings. On the same shoe, Anushka was awarded ‘Beauty of the year’ tittle and Anushka laughed off on stage that Virat said she looked like a lemon ‘Nimbu’ today.
Finally, after being in a meaningful relationship of 4 years, the couple tied the knot on 11th December 2017 in the picturesque Italian town of Tuscany. The proper Hindu vedic wedding was attended just by families and close friends of the couple. Both looked out of the world in their designer clothes.
